Guest Chef: Craig Hutchinson – Olmo/Twirl
What can we say about Craig? Not only has this New Haven stalwart been a friend of the farm for the past two decades, having cooked three “Outstanding in the Field” dinners for us (300+ people), and executed numerous small gatherings and corporate events in the barn, as well, he’s just the most lovely man! As those who attended his dinner last summer will attest, the boyz down in New Haven know how to throw down. And his dinners are fun!
